Ok, so you've all seen the spam:

• Enlarge your p e n 1 s
• Rolex watches
• prescription drugs from Canada

But this is new to me, in spam and content!

Now I want you to pay attention to the picture...

If you're trying to stop this sort of thing, wouldn't you think about dead and rotting puppies or something, rather than a nice pair of hooters? No wonder this guy needs help.

Just thought I'd share.
